What we do?

Reviva Capital offers institutional investors and lenders best-in-class Loan Servicing and Workout Management for non-performing (NPL), non-core and new lending portfolios.

We work with both buyers and sellers of loan portfolios and provide transactional and underwriting services, ranging from data mining and modelling to project management and deal execution.

We work with real estate companies in challenging financing situations, offering Debt Advisory, Capital Restructuring and New Funds Sourcing with the aim of bridging the gap between lenders and borrowers.

We source local deals to international Investors and have the market reach, skill set and the track-record to execute large and small transactions.

 
 
 

Celebrating 10 years of success!

 

Reviva Capital is born out of the Great Financial Crisis of 2008, although officially incorporated in 2010. Our founding team comes from banking, consulting and real estate background, with a healthy dosage of technology and entrepreneurial elements blended in.

We have successfully navigated a full economic cycle and celebrated our 10th anniversary, virtually of course, in May 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Reviva Capital has been a profitable and financially sound company since inception. Our clients have enjoyed financial returns above and beyond expectations in all of our investment and servicing mandates, now totaling over EUR 5bn of aggregate assets-under-management.

Our client relationships tend to be long-lasting and clients return for repeated business and long-term partnerships. Some clients have ended up being part of the shareholding of our company.

Our team is tightly knit and long-serving, with average tenure of 7 years with our firm, average NPL experience of 9 years and average professional banking and real estate experience of 25 years.

We have consistently invested part of our upside in our team and our technology platform and currently operate, and own, a best-in-class, proprietary IT platform for loan servicing and workout management. This gives us a unique competitive advantage, through greater flexibility in our service offering and a lower total cost of ownership.

In an industry were teams and businesses come and go by quickly, we stand proud of our 10 year legacy and we look forward to celebrating our 20th anniversary in 2030!
